Anyone else wondering if Dave might be lining up for a lead vocal on one of the new Blur songs (assuming there are some)?
At the very least, perhaps it's time to give him some BVs?

I haven't heard anything from the live performances but I felt listening to the albums that the vocals felt quite artificial... I assumed that was because he was not really a singer and an autotune was deployed, though of course that could have been a stylistic decision.

It was clear at the in-store that Dave isn't a natural singer. Any 'help' on the album is obvious, but it's in keeping with the sound of the album so it's not an issue at all.

On a related note though, I am now a bit more certain that he's doing the vocal on Avoid The Traffic (on the 21 box).

Anyone seen or heard what the chart placings have been for this? The UK top 100 album chart was announced on the weekend and I'm not seeing it.

Radio Songs is currently No 17 on the Vinyl Album charts, that's pretty good to be fair. I love Dave and his lockdown video sessions organised by him and Michelle were brilliant, and I'm not surprised it's actually a very good record.
