this youtube user claims to have it.
He sent me a list of tapes he was selling a year or so ago. There was a lot of stuff, many Blur TV performances and concerts, and the HMV Rooftop was one of them. He claimed later that he will not have access to the tapes for a while, but he keeps uploading stuff to his channel.

Maybe one of you can try and check if you get luck with it.

Just an update..managed to contact the guy who owns that Youtube channel. Said he hasnt had any Blur audios for quite a while, so looks like a dead end there. Ill continue to hope it turns up someday..
