Yes it is a shock because I am in the same age group.

It doesn't seem too long ago that they were an emerging band, at around the time of 'Parklife'.

In audience terms, The Cranberries were sort of aligned to the indie-Britrock scene of the time, though were distinct from it, like e.g. Garbage and Skunk Anansie.

Sad to say, but t seems she may not have been leading a very good lifestyle :(

Yeah, I saw here on the one tv show and she was slurring and a bit out of sorts.
