I'm just back from the polling station. "That'll cancel you out Tom C" I thought as I cast my vote. :)

To be honest I'll be glad when it's all over now.

I wish the very best to both sides. Both have their pros and cons, and now that the shitty sensationalist campaigning is out the way the general public will be able to see the aftermath for themselves.

^This is something I wanted to write here, but couldn't find the proper words. As much I read about Brexit, I still cannot say how people in the UK feel, and certainly can't argue for or against such a move. I just hope that people of Britain will make the clear choice and the government will stick to it (something that the powerful people of other countries don't do that often, khm).

It's looking tight. A poll suggested 52-48 to Remain but another poll was the opposite. Damn. This is tight!

I might be wrong, but I'm calling it for Remain at this point. Was terrified that Leave was going to get it, but things are looking good!

Don't know, the Newcastle result was a lot closer than expected. Only 1900 votes in it I believe which is unbelievably tight considering the north of England is generally seen as more pro-EU than the south.

A long way still to go. Fingers crossed for a Leave victory.

The idea that you've only had about a 70% voter turnout is baffling to me

As it stands from all the votes counted so far:

50.5% = OUT
49.5% = IN

Remember, that's only so far...but...I don't think this could be any closer. Jeez!!!

I thought that was pretty good.

But yes, I don't understand people who don't vote.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, manditory voting is the way to go. We've got our election next month and I'm very excited for it.

Thought it was interesting that 95% of Gibraltar voted remain.
