Hello everyone - suppose I'd better do this.

Been a Blur fan since way back, used to be a mod on Graham's forum between about 2004-2010. Got pretty giddy with this latest chapter and thought I'd pay a visit to the Blur forum and saw it had gone - what happened there? Anyway, happy to find this place - good old Veikko

Not much happened by way of an explanation at the old place. Were told with a few week's notice that it was being locked as a read only site and were never given an explanation. Then, I guess inevitably, after a few months they just pulled the plug completely.

Hi all,
Name's Joel. Figured I'd finally join after browsing for so long. Blur's been my favorite band since I heard them for the first time ten years ago (I'm 20 now). Huge supporter of all the various Damon side projects and Graham's solo work. Only been able to see Damon perform once (at last year's Bonnaroo); they really don't come to my neck of the woods all too often. Favorite Blur/side project releases are: 13, Demon Days, Modern Life is Rubbish, Think Tank, The Good, The Bad & The Queen, Parklife, Plastic Beach, The Spinnning Top, etc...

I was a member of the official forum back in the day, & I used to lurk there a lot before it was deleted.
