Reading's okay. It depends on the book.

I forget what it's called but it was set in Australia and a family get trapped in a kind of marsh/forest by a killer crocodile. Awful acting, awful everything.

Honestly, I love the Dramatic Chipmunk! It's a classic and so silly!

I'm not a huge 1950s rock guy, but I like me some Elvis, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, stuff like that. I also love the jazz from that era...Miles, Trane, Dizzy, Bird, etc.
Maybe one of my faves is Sonny Rollins' song "St. Thomas." It's from 1956 and not only do I love listening to it, I used to play it when I was in a jazz combo many years ago, a real blast (and I played it on trumpet, not sax!).
Would you rather have 100 really good friends or 5 ultra close friends?

5 ultra close friends. Band meetings would be easier to arrange that way.

Hard to say, although Damon's Gorillaz is probably the most recent excellent one.
