My god, every time I re-visit the live version they played at the MODE gig I absolutely fall in love, and subsequently a feeling of disappointment ensues that the album version ended up being such a bland song in comparison. It completely lacks Graham's beautiful guitar work and Damon's energy of the live performances, especially during the chorus. I also prefer the la la la's and guitar distortions to the synths during the bridge and outro. Such a shame.

Anyone else feels the same?

I still love the studio version. It makes it sound more ominous which I believe were Damon's main intentions and to me it's the ideal contrast to "Ong Ong".....

100% agree.

Album version is ruined by the production, it is epic live.
