So , what do you think of that idea ? Could it work for Blur ? Would they agree to come back to do this project ?
Tracklist ?

I always realy enjoyed their acoustic performances like on Ray Cokes show. But MTV Unplugged became a rip off in the last time. In the area where I live, it is just a good possibility to earn money for old rock stars.

But Blur could realy fit it in with a general acoustic set, because a lot of songs like On Your Own or Look Inside America sounds great in a pure acoustic sound.

I wonder why they never did it, I mean in the 90. Same as Moritz, I love their old acoustic TV performances.

I wish so much that it had happened in the 90s. A fun project would be to collect some of blur's great acoustic performances and make an "unplugged" fan album, or something along those lines. Similar to how daii made the Damon Albarn acoustic collection.

And I'm glad you mentioned On Your Own, Moritz, cos that's easily one of my favorite blur songs played acoustically. You wouldn't expect it to sound so good, what with all the bleeps, electric guitar noise, and drum machine, and perhaps the surprise of it is one of the reasons I love it so.

I made a full CD of Blur's acoustic performances. A live show would sound awesome! Radio show performances are nice as a one off, but the fidelity is thin as paper.
