So yesterday Damon was on Steve Lamacq's Friday Free For All on BBC 6 Radio and he was so excited about the first TGTBTQ gigs… They will play really small venues (150 capacity) - "sort of working men’s clubs, somewhere up in the north".

Wow.

full interview (great listen, don't miss it): https://youtu.be/ELJPRcCK3eI

daaaamn. he almost said the release date lol. seems it is coming very soon... I honestly am so excited for this more than any Damon project since Humanz.
I love when Damon goes pastoral... which seems to be the idea for the record.. and that short snippet I heard... man that sounds great. reminds me of neil young

I can’t wait for this album although I’m not counting on the band coming to the United States. Thankfully I got to attend three small UK shows in 2006/2007.

Yeah - this is some amazingly elaborate publicity stunt! Guess the album must be about to drop.
Maybe the whale is animatronic - it's probably swimming in the pattern of the release date, or clicking it out in whale song.

What does "next month" mean? December 'cause it's printed in November issue of Mojo?
