I know this thread is about songs, not albums...
I love 'blur' and 13 to bits - but they don't exactly make me happy :(
the Magic Whip always makes me happy though :)
what a lift it was last year :)

Aside from Ong Ong (which is the obvious choice)

Magic America, It Could Be You, Ultrinal, Tracy Jacks (even though the lyrics aren't that happy), Villa Rosie, & Coping

For Tomorrow and When the Cows Come Home (the way Damon says 'eagerly' always makes me go "aww").

Definitely Ong Ong.

Others that make me happy are Good Song (sooo lovely), Chemical World, On Your Own, Ghost Ship, and The Puritan (I know it's rarely brought up, but it is a happy song!)

Ah, yes - The Puritan! Unloved runt of the litter it may be, but I've always thought it was enormous fun. Good choice.

Oddly enough, Bad Day has always struck me as a happy sounding song with those giddy guitars and melodica!
