An Ideal Setlist

Post by Considering_Cars » 18 Oct 2015, 20:12

If, like some people think is possible, blur announce one final gig (likely in London) to finish off the year/the end of the tour, what would your ideal setlist be? You can have pretty much any blur track ever recorded (minus stuff such as demos). I think the longest gig I have by them is 27 songs, but there's possibly a longer one. So, around 27 songs and whatever you'd like to see (doesn't just have to be the 'hits'.) Also, in the order you want...

This is where I should really post mine, however I have no idea what I'd pick (definitely battle, blue jeans, inertia, popscene, tame...)

sorry, i forgot to say in order!! I assume that's just in chronological album order, but it looks like a good set regardless

For real the setlists have been pretty good.

I'd like more new tracks in the mix, maybe some more deep cuts but I know they've got to keep hits in there..

yeah, i agree. I know that blur will never play my ideal setlist ever, but i'm pretty pleased with what they played on this tour.

Badhead
He thought of cars
Caravan
Trouble in the Message Center

Country Sad Ballad Man

None of these were massive commercial success, but still : top tunes
