Nooooo not the shorts again Alex!
Great setlist though, I echo the comments about the setlist changes hopefully not just being a one-off.

Awwwwww...... Damon's reaction at the end of Pyongyang https://youtu.be/SkOoN5QO4Hc?list=PL-FR ... 5uHoUEbW2q" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and if you Watch the beginning of To the end, just after Pyong, when he finally stands up, he seems to have tears in his eyes. Is that why they're reluctant to play it live? Too emotional? Or is it playing it live that got him all emotional?
Anyway just watched a couple of vids, nice gig!
And this time, Dames didn't just invite someone on stage for Parklife but a whole bunch of people lol.

BlurHK also posted Ghost Ship on their channel and OH MY GOD. It is immense. <3
Re: Gig: Hong Kong, 22 July
Beautiful gig. Pyongyang and Ghost Ship live were astonishing.
Damon is in top form, but it's very very funny how many lyrics he forgets!!

Great performance of Pyongyang - thanks for the link Legless Owl.
For me it just cements Pyongyang as one of the all time great Blur songs.

Re: Gig: Hong Kong, 22 July
last night I was too lazy to turn on my computer because I went back to home was nearly midnight in Hong Kong.
The show is great although the place is not as good as usual.If they go to the HKC&E again. I will say GTFO Security, they ruined the concert.
The setlist is great and when they played songs from the magic whip, everyone was hyper because Blur recorded it in my home town.
But they should play for tomorrow,country house rather than to the end.

Re: Gig: Hong Kong, 22 July
Before they played Pyongyang Damon wanted to send some messages to Hong Kong fans. But due to the relationships, I think he want to share some political messages to us because Hong Kong Politics is really horrible nowadays. It's not you guys read it in the media.Legless Owl wrote:Awwwwww...... Full video of Hong Kong available here. https://vimeo.com/134302304" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The quality is iffy and it's rough in spots especially Spaceman but it's all there. I will have a downloadable file soon for those of you interested in that. It's 2GB so taking a while.

Re: Gig: Hong Kong, 22 July
Thanks a lot Sarah! A downloadable file would also be great!
Re: Gig: Hong Kong, 22 July
