I agree, the chemistry between them on stage is amazing makes me really happy to see them enjoying being in blur again... so many nice moments on stage between them

They do or they don't. It just don't matter. We have the Magic Whip.

Re: Are Gorillaz going to affect Blur?
Looking at the touring schedules blur is resting in August and September this year - for Damon this means August family holidays I would guess, then September is Gorillaz recordings, then blur go back on the road in October...

Late November/December/early next year is wonder.land at the National - so Damon may well be based in London (probably tweaking the show a bit here and there but his full time presence won't be required)...
Bring on the December Albert hall blur shows!!! The RHA main auditorium is free on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 December (I just checked
- but free only on these December dates, no others
)
so - I don't think Gorillaz will affect blur in the remainder of 2015

I put me trousers on, have a cup of tea, and think about leaving the house...

Potential future blur gigs (with Gorillaz return)?
Does anyone think that anymore blur live shows will be announced for this year / next year? With Gorillaz coming back soon I doubt that blur will tour much/at all next year and any time left this year (mainly September) is when Damon says he's recording new Gorillaz stuff. And does anyone think that Gorillaz will tour next year? I mean if they do the chances of blur touring next year seem so slim and then who knows what will happen with the future of blur...
(Also probably mentioned before but does anyone think there'll ever be another b side only gig)?
-I'm not on this forum loads so if this has already been asked I apologise

Gosh, I really wish this would happen. Rich, any chances of you taking over blur's tour management?

As for December, we were just contemplating how nice it would be if they returned for a RAH show before Christmas, and it turns out 8th and 9th of December are still available at the venue...
