yeah it's a festival, but if I was there I would be upset if they didn't play a song from Modern Life Is Rubbish. It's one of their best records!

Hey thanks! Man, This is a Low....CHILLS at the first note of the chorus. It's sweet that he dedicated it to Missy. Also, I like the way Damon sounds; I know his voice was recovering but I do enjoy that bit of raw edge it seemed to add.

I wouldn't be surpirsed to see TMW songs slightly reduced going forwards. Especially for the big outdoor gigs...Spaceman and Mirrorball for example I don't imagine come across as well in that setting.

IOW though being a weekend festival with other healdiners etc. it was inevtiable they would revert to a greatest hits line up.

If their non festival gigs don't have much magic whip there will be a backlash

Yep, sell-outs, cash-grabbers, etc. I hope they don't play the same setlist in other festival gigs (as I'm attending one of them, as most Blur fans outside the UK) in which they clearly are the main act. One can only hope.

I will be staggered if they don't revert to the pre IoW sets for Hyde Park and other non-festival shows. I will understand the complaints if they leave out a lot of TMW stuff for Hyde Park, but they won't.

Three times normal, once with Phil Daniels, and once as a recurring medley to fill out the rest of the gig... Dream set list.
