Let's get back on topic.

I'm guessing most people on here who have tickets are in Hyde Park right now. 6 hours exactly until they kick off! I imagine the set will be the same as we saw during the UK tour shows although I hope Ghost Ship is back in the set, nothing wrong with playing that at Hyde Park.

Doesn't seem to be, I'm afraid.

I am glad no rain has appeared yet... at least not here in East London!

Shame the set has been shortened, but 2 hours is the same as 2012 and that gig's length was great.

I have written off hope of seeing Pyongyang, but hoping at least we get TATMOU!

Also am a bit annoyed about the presale....shouldve waited etc...

Tip.....(probably only relevant to late goers on here like me)....bring your own alcohol....have it in the park outside the venue...get mildly tipsy to the point where you decide to stop drinking (if you have any self control).....save you having to queue for ages inside to buy shite 'lager' like heineken or tuborg at rip off prices....then go into the venue just before blur come on. That's the plan.

On another matter, if the sound is awful again (like in 2012), I hereby refuse to ever see blur play again in an open setting.

I guess they will arrive onstage in that car... Lets hope someone else than Damon will be behind the wheel - or else they will end up in the moshpit..

I'm taking this approach, remember being horrified by paying £5.50 for a warm bottle of Heineken last year at Arcade Fire...

I know some people don't like to mix politics and music but it makes a difference to me at least
Think you'll find that's Damons politics and not particularly the rest of the bands especially Alex. I wouldn't call blur a left wing band, The Clash were supposedly a left wing band but it was only really Joe Strummer who's politics leaned that way.

Heard from someone there that loads of people not just touts are selling tickets outside for under a tenner. Tickets are available online still, heard that the actual figures are disappointing especially for blur less than 40,000 sold. The Who has sold out now.

The promoters and blur themselves are too blame, they have set the price too expensive, the support acts are awful and people just aren't interested in blur that much anymore, that's the reality

Hopefully the silence here means everyone is having an amazing time! Can't wait to hear about it and see if/how the setlist was different :D
