I loved the 4 covers on http://vblurpageforums.bandcamp.com/releases" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; , great job mates!! 8-) :P

I posted 3 bass covers(me playing anything else and without singing) in the Blur Chile facebook group (Beetlebum and The Universal on December and End Of A Century in February). Dunno if still can I add them to the list (?)

Can I do an almost a capella version of Crazy Beat accompanied by my Tango-branded clown horn? Oh can I sing it through a Tango Megaphone too? And can I sneakily leave the TV on, as if I couldn't be bothered to turn it off, so that you can hear, I dunno, Whittle or something in the background? At the end I can add some of my own lyrics, like "All I Need > Weird Fishes, Pop and Zooropa are underrated, Hard House Euphoria sucks"? etc

Sorry for digging up such an old post...
Just to check whether this project had fallen in limbo or not. I personnally have a cover of My Terracotta Heart which I'd be happy to share.

Anyone also interested in making the same with Graham's songs? If You Want Me is itching me... :)

I've been listening to the four covers already published, they are very enjoyable! (dparrott, you have a very Morrisseyesque voice! ;) )

I'm just fixing some mix details on my version of My Terracotta Heart (getting the percussions as loud as they should be, that sort of thing... :D ).
Also I've started recording a cover of If You Want Me (ouch, I'm no real guitar player!) I'll send some link at some point prob.

Hi everyone, my name is Gabriel. I've been reading this forum pretty much every day for the past 6 years but I've always preferred reading to writing. Anyway, since this thread was brought to life again, I decided to show you guys some covers I've recorded with a friend of mine who's not here. His name is Dan and we've been recording some Blur covers just for fun since 2014.

I'm not sure if this is the purpose of the thread but here it is anyway

He Thought of Cars

Inertia

Death of a Party

Thank you guys! :D

Edit: I've just finished a new cover of Music Is My Radar. In case anyone gets interested:

Sounding brilliant Gabriel, particularly He thought of cars.

Very impressed at the level of playing!

Well done x

You do a wonderful job at capturing a lot of Graham's more nuanced instrumentation (does that sound too pretentious? :P ), I really dig all of your covers! Music Is My Radar is great too. Hope you'll keep on adding more covers! Are you a request-taker? ;)
