favourite track 12

Post by elasticaman » 05 May 2015, 15:47

ALBUM - looking like

1. Beetlebum
2. Out Of Time
3. Coffee & TV
4. Swamp Song
5. Thought I Was A Spaceman
6. Blue Jeans
7. The Universal
8. Death Of A Party
9. He Thought Of Cars
10. Pyongyang
11. Trouble In The Message Centre
12.
13. Movin on
14. This Is A Low
15. Battery In Your Leg

because we've already voted for closing track, any track 12 that is the albums closing track does not qualify here

a really tough selection, other than gene by gene, they're all among my favourite underrated tracks (thank goodness wear me down didnt qualify as that would have made it even more difficult)

It's still a track 12 though, what difference does it make?

if it was the budokan version yes, but for me the MLIR lacks in aggression and attack, its just very slow, in the same way the popscene and never clever studio versions suffer

Ok, I didn't remember that. ;)

This is another tough poll.
If my favourite Mirrorball isn't in this poll, I vote for:

1) Coping
2) No distance left to run
3) Strange News from another Star

Can't decide between Coping, Strange News from another Star and Globe Alone. The three of them are on my top 5 from their respective albums :?

Clover over Dover

It's definitely not their best song (musically I mean)
but it's still one of my fave if not my fave.
