He does sign in occasionally. I'm sure he can see how happy we all are. :D

It has, have been buzzing with excitement for the last few weeks since February, and still am for what is to come interview and gig-wise.

Also, and more importantly, it has reminded me of how much I love their music -- and that is something that will always stay with me. Safe in the knowledge there will always be a bit of my heart devoted to it, kind of.

:D

Well, I came back from lovely holiday in Portugal with my family last night to finally find my copy on the doormat. Not sure it made up entirely for having to go back to work this morning, but it definitely did it's job as a softener ...

Album has been on repeat this evening. After the first 3 tracks I've avoided any streams so that I could experience the new album the way I used to experience new albums: at my place , CD booklet in hand. It's been a wondeful evening.

But my life's already pretty good all things considered.

Yes, yes it has. As has been said, Modern Life Is Rubbish without Blur. ;)

Yes, waited for this for 12 years!!!

Everything about it, it has been such a buzz!

Most importantly the album was worth the wait, it's a beautiful piece of work! Love it!

can't and don't want to imagine life without "ghost ship"!
I just came home from a 4 hour train ride with really annoying people! I was close to curb stomping some guys at the end. Then i listened to to Ghost Ship and I was a relaxed ray of sunshine! ;)

I have always been a miserable twat, that is when Prozac isn't making life wonderfully bland! But The Magic Whip has certainly made me feel I have something positive to focus on.
