As with The Great Escape, spot on!

Not a particularly strong album b-sides wise.

Actually all Parklife b-sides are quite enjoyable and my positions 2 and 3 change weekly. Funny little songs most of them. :)

I read "somewhere" that the reason why the album version of FO was used was because Damon didn't want to be out shone? Maybe why Alex's Song was pissed around with? I know Damon has confidence and ego streak to him, but to screw over your fuck-off a song to spite your band seems too unlikely.

Sweet Story about naming your son Alex. I don't want kids myself, but if I owned a dog, I'd name them Tender!
Thanks! :D You made me imagine myself also owning a dog named Tender, it would be extremely sweet!

^I think we're doing a "singles" round after the b sides so Popscene and MIMR get a chance. But I suppose Black Book would fit right into the 13 game.

I already mentioned it in the Leisure thread:
2) I will include the Popscene b-sides in the MLIR era section, and the MIMR b-sides in the 13 era section.
I will count 7 Days as well. Even though it's a live recording from 1992, there's no official studio version released (excluding Andy Partridge's production, which is just an alternate version).

Black Book will win anyway, clearly one of their best songs!

Weakest set of b-sides IMO. Same choice as a lot of people...

1. Threadneedle Street
2. Theme from an Imaginary Film
3. Magpie

1. Magpie
2. Theme from an Imaginary Film
3. Rednecks (rather unpopular but I absolutely love it. Graham's accent and Alex's interjections are just hilarious.)
