The studio version is fine, i like it and i know it will grow eventually on me but i feel it lacks the emotion and feeling it gets when it's played live. I try to imagine how intense the ambiance was when Damon and Graham were putting the song together, rehearsing and playing it until perfection. They DEFINITELY have so much distance left to run together but we know it's mostly up to Damon whether they decide to keep doing it or just turn the page and carry on with their stuff on their own, which i don't mind at all for as long as it makes them all four happy. But after listening what we have been allowed to listen so far, i'd say it's madness not to keep making music together as a four piece.
I couldn't agree more with this. With ALL of this.

Oooh excellent shout mate! Hadn't even thought of that! That's probably why they didn't play it tonight then. And by tonight I mean last Tuesday. ;)

I gotta say it again, that performance of MTH was absolutely splendid. And upon hearing the studio version, for me it's by far one of the highlights of the album, single material even. So much emotion and beauty...

It's a good song but for me I prefer the more guitar orientated songs on the album. Spaceman, Pyongyang etc.

Just watched the performances and stroked myself silly while I was at it. SUPERB BOYS!! YES!!
