Thanks for the YouTube links, easy to rip. Hopefully the other performances on Friday will go up too, same with the Graham Norton performance.

100%.

Guitar and bass are fantastic in I Broadcast. Could be my favourite Blur punk thrash song. Definately ahead of Chinese Bombs and BLUREMI at the moment!
the sound Alex gets from his bass at 1:09. damon smiles at him lol

Graham Norton always finds a way to end up on YT.

Loving I Broadcast, way better than something similar like BLUREMI which I do class as a decent fast song, great performance. Still not sure about Ong Ong, not a bad song but maybe I need to hear the album version a few times to see if it has staying power, seems a little shallow as a song but I never try to predict the appeal of any of Blur's songs after dismissing Song 2 as a bad filler song back in 1997.

I can't view the videos of these performances on Youtube because they aren't available in my country. Won't BBC consider the poor Americans? DD:

I can rip them and upload them on Mediafire if people want, but it'd have to be tomorrow, as it's late now and it'd take a while to upload them.

It strikes me how good Graham is at balancing on one foot.

After fiddling with proxies for way longer than I should've, finally got to see the two songs.

I Broadcast really is great. Reminds me of MLIR - almost Coping-esque!

I suspect that Ong Ong, like Mr. Tembo before it, will be a fun song at concerts. It's an atypically sunny song for Blur, I think - well suited for summer.

I Broadcast sounds better than I remember, and I found myself that i could sing along to Ong Ong instantly recognisable, (even though I have only listened to TMW live once). It still sounded great, but I predict it'll be a song that will dip for some of the bigger fans - it'd still make a great single though.

Am I the only one who finds the "la la la's" in Ong Ong a tad annoying? Kind of like the "yeah yeah yeah's" in Crazy Beat, I think they ruin the chorus. I'd have preferred Graham backing Damon's vocals instead. Have the "la la la's" only in the beginning and in the end. Oh, well...
