Blur’s appearance to promote new album The Magic Whip will be their first on the show since they played in 2000 for their album ‘13’.
LOL, no. In 2000 they played to promote The Best Of, and they played Out of Time and Ambulance in 2003.

Granted, in 2003 it was Jools Holland's Spring Hootenanny, but that doesn't really make a difference.

Get in!
Jools Holland usually has a limit on the length of song you can play - can't go over 5 minutes - so that'll rule a couple out (Pyongyang and Spaceman?).

That would be a shame. Pyongyang would be my pick too.

Tender and Black Book are over 5 minutes, and yet they played them. But that was a long time ago. I'm sure they can squeeze Pyongyang in there.
