My first is a slightly gimmicky cover of The Debt Collector on melodica,

and the second is a little medley of Graham Coxon songs on guitar, none of which I'm very good at! haha

Your Graham medley was fucking fantastic! My favorite parts were Bitter Tears and In The Morning. Lovely songs and lovely covers. In The Morning seems especially difficult to play, you're very talented! :)

Thank you!! I need him to bring out a new album so I can learn more.

SPEAKING OF WHICH....
when I saw Graham playing in Camden last year he played a couple of new songs, which I recorded on my phone. They turned out to be pretty decent quality, you can hear all the words and everything. I didn't want to upload them anywhere because I want people to hear whatever Graham's plans for them are, rather than my bootlegs. But it's been a year and as far as I'm aware - nothing's happening with Graham.

Does anyone know any different?

There was an interview earlier this year which said he had a new album ready to be released, but it didn't give any dates or anything.

Other recordings of those tunes are all ready on Youtube, so I'd not worry too much about uploading alternate versions... You could always upload them as unlisted and post the links here.

I'm also impressed with your covers, I'd not know where to begin with that fiddly Spinning Top stuff.

I forgot about my cover of Garden Central. It was during a hiatus from my band. Looking back it could have used more rhythm guitar, but it sounds kind of cool without the background noise.

I also did a cover of Graham's "Lake".

Hi everyone!

I recently created a Youtube channel with a friend where you can find a cover of For Tomorrow:

Let me know what you think of it :)!

I really enjoyed your medley. Very good.
If I may, a sliiiiiiiight correction: the tuning on In The Morning is not DGDGBD but DGDGBE. But it's of no importance until you reach the long instrumental bridge. :)

I reckon it's fairly accurate. Good job!
Since I'm still working on my own transcription of this tune, I could object a few details (acoustic guitar chords mainly), but they're really minute ones, and probably too boring to be detailed here -- message me if needed.

Thanks ;)!

It's not a note for note cover but it wasn't my goal. You are mainly talking about the chord shapes / slash chords, aren't you? I know Graham Coxon doesn't play the ones I chose to play. I messaged you so we can continue our discussion :).
