I wonder if anyone is documenting The Magic Whip. Collecting clips from Hong Kong, filming them rehearsing and such. Recording backstage banter. We could have another Starshaped <3 Someone make this happen

I can't decide if All Your Life is more or less likely to be played after Damon resurrected it at the Royal Albert Hall. It was so great to hear it there, but it would be ten times more thrilling with Blur. I guess it might be in Damon's mind knowing how well it was received at those solo shows.

If Hyde Park totally sells out without the ticket prices being lowered I will be VERY surprised.

I'm surprised this is a done thing. It's almost like the promotors admitting they fucked up with the original price.

Poss. Hyde Park setlist? Some nice, interesting choices if so... 1992, He Thought of Cars, Best Days etc... they go quite well with the new album tracks as well I think.

Well, it's taken from the above video interview with Coxon and Streety, presumably from rehearsal footage, so I'm guessing it's at least tracks being considered for the show?

And who knows what sort of drunken casual crowd it'll attract when they've practically given the tickets away to them :(

Yeah it's definitely a real setlist, whether we'll see it or not who knows.

Some of the more downbeat choices make perfect sense with the tracks I've heard from the new LP, also makes for a much more interesting setlist than the usual 'greatest hits' ones. Even if 3-4 of those more unusual setlist choices get through, it'll give the more serious fans more to their teeth into.

I'm hoping 1992 goes through, as I thought the 1999 live versions were great, and fit really well with the 'building' Trimm Trab and Spaceman... Was always a fan of Cars and Best Days, so I'd love it if they were performed too!
