First time was a lur gig:

2003 - Brighton Centre (great setlist: MIMR, Sing stand out particularly)
2009 - Goldsmiths (the sweatiest gig I have ever been to)
2009 - Hyde Park
2009 - Hyde Park (again)
2012 - Brit Awards (very funny)
2012 - Margate
2012 - Hyde Park
and 2015 - Hyde Park

Others...

2004 - Graham - Reading Festival (The Darkness were headlining at the same time, what a load of old shit)
2007 - GBQ, York Hall
2007 - GBQ, Tower of London (this was special)
2009 - Gorillaz - Brighton
2009 - Gorillaz - Birmingham
2009 - Gorillaz - Lincoln (we got an instrumental version of Sweepstakes here, showed the incredible talent of the live band)
2009 - Gorillaz - O2 (quite a few times seeing Gorillaz that year!)
2011 - GBQ - Coronet (another great gig - Melancholy Hill played)
2012 - Graham - Forum
2013 - Damon/Graham at Noel's RAH gig
2014 - Damon - Queen Mary Uni
2014 - Damon (and Graham) - RAH

I think that's it!

edit: knew I'd forget something, Brit Awards 2012

I spent the 90s raising a family and looking after babies, so I missed out on gigs - Blur's and otherwise - for a fair few years. I was back on the bandwagon for Think Tank and then... they called it a day till Hyde Park. From then on, I saw them three more times, so here's the breakdown:

16/05/2003 Alcatraz, Milan
12/11/2003 Alcatraz, Milan
12/12/2003 BIC, Bournemouth
02/07/2009 Hyde Park, London
12/08/2012 Hyde Park, London
28/07/2013 City Sound, Milan

I also saw Damon and Graham at the Albert Hall in March 2013 (so I voted 6, but if this counts it's seven)

I will be at my 7th Blur show next June 8-)
I've been drifting along in the same stale old shoes
Loose ends tyin' a noose in the back of my mind...

I guess if we're counting side-project and solo gigs, too, then I've been to 3.

Blur: Avalon, Boston 7/18/03
Gorillaz: Agannis Arena, Boston 10/6/10
Damon: Royale, Boston 6/9/14

Hi blur fans, I've just joined the forum, I used to post on the old forum and I met several people who posted when I saw blur play the 100 club in 2012

I can't recall my old username so I'm on here as Mr Briggs :D

I'm possibly one of the elder statesman of blur fans and I've followed the band since the very early days, way back to early 1990

Here's my list of blur gigs, 16 in total, I had to look up a list of blur gigs to remind myself of dates and venues but I'm pretty sure this is correct, all gigs have been in London.

1990

Borderline Club London supporting Five Thirty

Lady Owen Arms Islington (12 people in attendance, yes I did count them, blur came on after a heavy rock band and the pub emptied :D)

Kentish Town Bull & Gate x 2 (Damon climbed the amp stack up to the ceiling and cut his hand smearing blood on his face, he had a death wish in those days playing live!)

Union London University (Female students protested outside at the cover of "She's So High")
.......
1991

Kentish Town & Country Club
Kilburn National
Brixton Academy Food Xmas Party (Jesus Jones and the Soup dragons headlined)
.......
1992
Brixton Academy Roller-coaster Tour
..
1993
Astoria
....
1994
Shepperds Bush Empire
......
1995
Mile End Stadium
Wembley Arena
......
1997
Brixton Academy
......
2012
100 Club
Hyde Park
.....
2015
Got tickets for Hyde Park in June

It felt like blur were the best kept secret that only a few people knew about at the time. :)

4 times for me.

Glasgow Barrowlands 2003
Manchester MEN Arena 2009
Hyde Park 2009 & 2012

Hyde Park 2009 was the most special though. Just for the pure out pouring of joy.

I think the solo type thing might have been my fault, as I've been to shows that do/don't have the Blur moniker depending how closely one wants to judge these things. i.e. some people might say the TV show recording in 03 wasn't a proper gig, or that any gig without Graham shouldn't count or that the War Child, or TCT thing (just Damon and Graham) or that the Brits shouldn't count etc.

For solo/side projects I didn't include though we have

2001

Gorillaz - London

2002

Damon - Mali Music

2007

The Good The Bad and The Queen - London

2004

Graham - Brighton

2006

Graham - Brighton

2009

Graham - Brighton

Graham - London

2010

Gorillaz - Hove
Gorillaz - Brighton

2011

The Good The Bad and The Queen - London

Pretty sure I saw Graham play a few more shows than that, I think he played Brighton about 3 times when he promoted Love Travels (to which I went to all) but those were the only ticket stubs I could find and the mind gets a bit fuzzy now I'm old and everything
