I think they'll end this tour with some UK dates to say goodbye to this record and stuff. As for another one I really do think they have more records in them. Magic Whip shows they can make wonderful record almost from nothing, a little bit of jamming, putting down little ideas. As people they're in a good place which I think surprises even them. I'm very hopeful and I really really don't want to see the end of Blur. Just so you know boys! 8-)

I can't decide if the great reception TMW got and all the fun they seemed to have been having makes another album more or less likely. On the one hand they might want to go out on a high, or it might encourage them to have another go.

I hope people don't start hounding the boys for a new album, it seems a gross entitlement after the treats they've just given us.

Didn't some journalist even ask at the original TMW press conference about another album? It'll inevitably come from some quarters, but I think lots of us are genuinely so, so happy with what we've had (for once! ).

i don't mind if they do or do not release another album. This one is so good. Now i'd be happy to just see some more solo projects for a while. The Magic Whip will last us many many years to come

But what a lot has been packed into those two months. It's been busy, exciting, overwhelming keeping up with it all at times. Wonderful.

Indeed, none of could have predicted what Blur would go on to do this year. I (along with many others on here) believed that Blur's run was over, there'd never be a new album, maybe even nothing ever again after their final shows pre-2015. How wrong we were!! I'm ecstatic and the fact that many of us here (the "old crew") waited so long for a new album through the dark years of nothing but spam on the old forum, we've now been gifted another Blur album to cherish. What a journey it has been for us hardcore fans!

Obviously I hope they continue to record new material and release new albums and that question will always be asked of them, after all, none of us here want to wait another 12 years for a new Blur album! That'd be 2027, I'd be 38...no no, sooner than that please boys!
