Favourite Blur album

13 for me, just love the atmosphere of it, fantastic headphone album, especially when out for a stroll at night!

Parklife has been my favorite Blur album... I love 'Girls and Boys', and 'To the End' so much.

MLIR used to be my favourite and my introduction to the band, but it's been overtaken by the one that I've listened to the most and have the most memories of. I have difficulty thinking of Think Tank as a Blur album, and although there's some lovely songs on it I see it as one of Damon's less interesting side-projects... which I guess in a way Blur had become by 2003 anyhow.

I chose 'Leisure' because I remember its psychedelic innocence when it was released. It made a change from the standard chart fare of the time. It took you somewhere. Maybe this is why I like hearing it now.

It was very difficult to make a choice. I liked them all except for 'Think Tank' which I found disappointing at the time. The mid 90s trilogy are good, but perhaps overplayed (or at least, parts of them are) to the extent that their impact is lessened.

In other Blur compilation albums, my most favorite is "The Best Of". ^___^

thing about Leisure is a lot of the bsides of that are better.. that period and in between before mlir.. stuff like, into antother , badgeman brown, bone bag. uncle love ..alone is better than Leisure...

I voted for Blur. And it's not surprising that it's my favourite (just) when TGE is my least favourite. Because, really, by 1997 I had it with the whole Britpop circus and Blur getting off the bandwagon was one of their best moves. It put them above all other bands from the time - especially a certain outfit from Manchester which I had initially liked as much as Blur - in my esteem. In some ways, although I loved them through Parklife, Blur not only sealed my fandom, but made it more meaningful. I think Damon called it the album that killed Britpop.

yes, those b-sides are fantastic, but they are from modern life era so few years later

The album Parklife was "love at the first sight" for me, definitely my favourite Blur album. I listen to it quite often.

Also, my favourite song -This is a Low- is on this album.
