Do we know for sure who wrote the music for Coffee & TV? I've always assumed that it was some sort of collaborative effort between Graham and Damon but I really don't know where I got that from.

I always thought that it was Graham's song for the most part (if not wholly), both musically and lyrically. If only somebody could help us... :)

OYO is just OK to me, but I loved the artwork and clear vinyl when it was released!

MOR is a tough one. The album version's too slow, the single version is too fast and sloppy. The live b-side is the best version I think.

Already the 1st Anniversary of their Hyde Park BST performance.... Oh lord, I wish I could turn back time, but I hope to again visit and/or perhaps move to the UK within the near future!

It was a great day! Better than 2012 for me, and rivals 2009.

An overlooked single which I liked. At the time it struck me as reminiscent of mid 70s UK music, particularly David Essex and Steve Harley.

Here's something I've often pondered. I wonder why "Cowboy Song" did not become a hit (especially here in the States). It was featured in a very significant scene in "Dead Man on Campus" (and on the soundtrack) and Blur was still riding momentum from "Song 2" here. That song (true it obviously related to "All We Want") to me could have sustained that success they achieved from "Song 2", but it seemed they should have promoted it more (especially done a video). Oh well, probably such a moot thought, but I've thought about this for years!

Yes, it developed more of a cult following than anything else and that's quite a shame because "Cowboy Song" to me just deserved much better fate. Also, so unfortunate what happened w/Blur and the "South Park" soundtrack as well.

I'm listening some Think Tank Bsides and I've just remembered I read somewhere that Graham plays on Morricone , The Outsider and Some Glad Morning..is it true? I thought that He only played on Battery in your leg..

^It is true, he plays on all of those - they were recorded during the early sessions for TT along with Battery in Your Leg.

I wonder why Damon or the band decided to feature only Battery in Your Leg on the album and not the other songs... Any of those could blend with the other songs!
