That's a good idea. Also maybe Hyde Park, just to see where thousands of people have witnessed Blur perform. Kinda neat! Even though it's about an hour (by train) out of London, maybe you could visit Colchester! See what their city growing up in was like, go to the East Anglian Railway Museum where they performed their first gig (and their first reunion gig!), and visit Stanway Comprehensive School where Damon and Graham met! Maybe Goldsmiths College where Graham and Alex met (and where Blur have performed multiple times.) I'm trying to think of more Blur-related places you could go... I know some Damon ones! Go to Leytonstone to see the house where he grew up (which you can know for sure is his because of the recent plaque that was put there in honor of him!), the Leytonstone Pentecostal Church on Colworth Rd. which is what he mentions in Mr. Tembo (and where the choir is from that he featured in the song.) Maybe even go to the hollow ponds? Hmm. You could check out Honest Jon's on Portobello Rd., Damon's record label/shop. Explore Bayswater/Notting Hill, which is the area where Damon lives and draws a lot of inspiration from. I'm not saying go stalk his home haha, I'm just thinking it would be interesting to see some of the areas he's constantly referencing, like the Westway! Very neat to see it. Maybe if you're lucky you could go to Studio 13 and meet Damon ;) haha that's probably a bit of wishful thinking, but if it comes true make sure you ask him how the new musicals and GBQ/Gorillaz albums are coming! Hope this gave you a few ideas of what to do in London, it's an amazing city! Have a nice trip :D

woo~ thanks a lot everyone. I was actually in hyde park in 2009 for the 2nd gig. Staying right around the corner from Goldsmith's now, will definitely try to find Primrose hill and see if the inscription is still there, and however many other stuff i can fit in these days. Fingers crossed for meeting the great man himself 8-)

Is it safer now? I know for many years it was a pretty rough area...
