For Tomorrow is a favourite.

Especially given that it was released at a crossroads for them (& music). They could easily have took the wrong road. :|

this is a low, I think it really represents the band, I've always loved the way damon sings on it (I remember seeing some video on youtube from the recordings, and it was just damon, sitting next to the window, playing his guitar and singing, so melancholic). Also, I like the lyrics, the way he mentions all the places, is like a tour through england lol
it sounds amazing live, graham's solo is perfect. And the version on the piano that damon has been doing this year is beautiful too.

Swallows in the Heatwave. Saw them play it at Brixton once, couldn't believe it!

Close seconds are This is a Low, Blue Jeans and The Universal.

Of the more obscure tracks, it's lovely to see 'Swallows in the Heatwave' and 'Bone Bag' get a mention. I'd like to add 'Polished Stone' and 'Into Another' to the b-sides, if they haven't been already.

'Ambulance', 'End of a Century', 'He Thought of Cars' and 'Beetlebum' are my big favourites, and if I were forced to pick one Blur song it'd be 'All Your Life'.

It's not their best song, I'm sure, that has to be - I don't know - 'Tender', 'The Universal', 'This is a Low', 'Caramel', off the top of my head. But it's my favourite. 'There Are Too Many of Us' is edging up there too. I'd love to see Blur do an open air concert one day which ditched the fun punk songs and cheesy anthems (as much as I love them) and stuck to their finest, most serious work. It'd be up there with anything Pink Floyd or Radiohead could offer.

My default answer is "For Tomorrow," but if I think about it too long I get confused.

There are too many choices.
