HELP. Great Escape promo item?

Hi. I’ve been going over some stuff that I own and I’m considering selling some bits and pieces and I came across what I believe is a promo item for The Great Escape. It was given to me by a record store owner here in Detroit that specialized in imports and indie label domestic. It’s a watch with the shark in a guitar shaped wooden box. I’ve scoured the search engines and I can’t find any info. What is this??

i've come across a few over the years - definitely don't feel like they're official march, but I could be wrong. I've tried to list mine on sale once or twice on ebay but it hasn't sold... hope you have better luck than me!
