Re: Albums you've bought
The expanded edition of Either/Or by Elliott Smith. The album's such a wonderful gem. I love how it has the lo-fi, stripped back to the fundamentals sound of his earlier records, but mixed brilliantly with more production that foreshadows his later stuff, and instrumental details that perfectly serv...

Re: FOUR NEW GORILLAZ SONGS: Listen Now!
Andromeda's been stuck in my head all day, it's absolutely fantastic! Heard Momentz on the livestream, that's really cool too. Humanz is going to be such a fun listen, I can't wait!

Re: FOUR NEW GORILLAZ SONGS: Listen Now!
All four songs are fantastic! I absolutely love Andromeda and Ascension. Really liking the electronic and energetic nature of the songs, can't wait to listen to the rest of the record!

Re: What Song Are You Listening To?
Depeche Mode - Painkiller I've been listening to Depeche Mode so much lately! Got into them properly late last year. So many brilliant records! Violator, Music for the Masses, Some Great Reward... those are probably my top three DM albums atm! Ultra and Exciter are very underrated, and rarely talke...

Re: Thoughts on the self titled album
This album was the first Blur record I gravitated towards after listening to the Midlife compilation for a fair bit. Every song's great, and I love Graham's textured, noisy, and abrasive guitar work that pops up all over the place. Pretty cool that the band decided to reinvent their sound in such an...

Re: Slint
I've always heard a bit about Slint since I've delved into other bands, but I never really seeked out their music. I finally listened to Spiderland recently, and I gotta say, I really like it. Some of Brian McMahon's spoken word vocals are growing on me, but the instrumental side to the album is gre...

Re: RADIOHEAD SURVIVOR: Hail to the Thief (Round 10)
Even though Hail to the Thief is a tiny bit overstuffed, I go through phases where it's my favourite RH album. I reckon it contains some of their most underrated and beautiful songs. It's pretty hard to choose!
I'm going with There There.

Thought I Was a Spaceman. I think it is much more atmospheric live, and that cool mirrorball
lighting effect totally suits it. The way it seamlessly transitions into Trimm Trabb is brilliant.
