Re: Tame Impala Thread
It's really grown on me.
Reality in Motion and The Less I Know The Better are my favourites of the ones previously unheard.
Eventually is superb though, and Let It Happen has to be the best track/single of the last few years.

Re: Tame Impala Thread
Is it just me or this isn't very good? It's a nice listen but there are few standout moments and it all goes downhill after Let It Happen. I'm gonna give it my third spin but I'm not feeling it at all. I was so so hyped but I'm kinda struggling with it. I like The Moment, and track 12 I think it is...

Re: Tame Impala Thread
Thoughts on the album? My early impressions are slightly.........I feel slightly underwhelmed. It's almost as if they put out most of the best ones in advance.
'The Less I Know The Better' is glorious though. Also like 'The Moment' and 'Reality in Motion'.

Re: Wonder.land....Damon Albarn's New Project.
Also forgot to mention - not being a regular theatre goer I have no idea if this is the done thing - but the director Rufus Norris came on stage before it started to appeal for patience and generosity in the event of a fuck up or whatever, saying it was a tall order to get it ready, possible first n...

Re: Wonder.land....Damon Albarn's New Project.
Fantastic. I don't want to give anything away...so I won't talk about the show itself - other than to say it is bonkers, at times a glorious assault on the senses, quite surreal, funny at times and is a wonderful blend of old and new. It's really quite loosely based on Alice in Wonderland, but all o...
